The use of donor gametes for surrogacy was outlawed by the government under earlier legislative amendments. Donor gametes cannot be used for surrogacy by intended parents. As it is mentioned that they can only use their gametes in the process. However, a lot of intended parents have protested it in court. A lot of women have trouble laying healthy eggs.
